Affinity Bio Solutions AZ, LLC and Cleaning Resource Center are working collaboratively to effectively disinfect properties outside hours of normal operation, or on a case by case basis when occupants/workers are not able to vacate the premises. Effective application of items on EPA’s List N (Products with Emerging Viral Pathogens AND Human Coronavirus claims for use against SARS-CoV-2) can be effective at reducing risks associated with COVID-19.
An overnight disinfection service would involve the use of ATP pre-testing of heavily touched or traffic areas, disinfection using pre-cleaning and disinfection with Fiberlock IAQ 2000 (EPA registration number 1839-95) or treatment with either Fiberlock Shockwave (EPA registration number 61178-1) or Diversy Virex II/256 (EPA registration number 70627-24). After the decontamination process is complete using the manual application of one of the products listed above, an ATP posttest will be conducted in the same predetermined areas to show a reduction in soil and viral load. It is not possible to apply a chemical fog to many areas where food, staff, or residents may be present; however, a containment could be built to fog items such as shopping carts, tools, and items used regularly by staff or customers.
